This is just preparation for what is about to come. Fruits will be your only source of nutrition. Just eat pure fruit and do not add anything to it.

Tip: You can lose around 3 pounds on the first day if you limit your intake to melons.

Day 2:

Well, today is a happy veggies day. All you can consume is vegetables and lots of vegetables. Eat till your heart is satisfied but just vegetables. Don’t forget today is veggies day. A boiled potato and a teaspoon of butter would give a perfect start for the day. This will give you the required carbohydrates.

Don’t consume more than 1 potato. Remember, only raw or boiled vegetables. Today is a calorie-free day. So, have a good intake of fiber and nutrients. Trust me, if you make it through today, you are going to make it to the end.

Day 3:

Today is a combination of Day 1 and Day 2. Eat as much as you want. Just follow the instructions mentioned above. Drink lots of water. The only change is that you need to avoid potatoes. Your carbohydrates supply will be fulfilled by all the fruits you will be consuming. If your cravings try to dominate them, just think about the wonderful time in the future when you have a slim body.

Day 4:

Do you remember on Day 1 you were told to stay away from bananas? Well, if you love bananas, today is going to be a treat for you as you can have up to 6 bananas for the fourth day. Day 5:

Well, today is party day. You can have tomatoes, soya chunks, sprouts and even cottage cheese (paneer). Make a delicious soup and drink it. You have to increase your water consumption to about 1/4th of the daily consumption.

Day 6:

Today is a tad bit different than Day 5. You can have all the ingredients except the tomatoes. It is important that you avoid tomatoes today. All the vitamins and fibers in your body are the responsibility of the vegetables.

By now, you might have started noticing changes in the body. Remember, drink lots of water.

Day 7:

Well, the day of reckoning has arrived. Today is the most important day. You can have half chapatti, fresh fruit juice, other vegetables that you want to eat and a cup of brown rice. Finish your day with water.

  1. Sugar or salt: you can use natural sweeteners and rock salt as a substitute.
  2. Tea or coffee: you can have herbal tea.
  3. Processed foods: Eat only homemade foods.
  4. Dry fruits: Even though they form a rich supply machine of nutrients, the calorific value is just too high.
  5. Heavy workout: A light workout would be sufficient.
